Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Agenticly, the provider of Prism AI Advisor. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

Prism AI Advisor is a self-serve diagnostic that assesses your business's readiness to adopt AI and produces an AI Blueprint, which includes a Fit Score, sub-scores, and a ranked implementation backlog. Depending on your tier, the product may include team assessments, a use-case module, an in-app advisor chat, and an ongoing dashboard.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Paid tiers and the Guided Launch add-on are one-time purchases. The AI Officer Dashboard is a subscription that renews on its billing cycle until you cancel. Prices are shown at checkout and are handled by our payment processor. One-time purchases unlock the associated assessment. Subscriptions continue until canceled and give access for the paid period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it in good faith.

Your AI Blueprint is informational guidance to help you make decisions. It is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for professional judgment. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on it.

The diagnostic is independent. Your blueprint names more than one way to act on it, including doing the work with Agenticly and doing it with a consultant, and it presents them evenly. Choosing the diagnostic does not obligate you to any implementation path.

You agree not to misuse the product, including attempting to break its security, access other users' data, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully.

We own the product, its software, and its content, except for the information you provide. You keep ownership of the information you provide, and you grant us the license needed to operate the product and generate and deliver your results. We grant you the right to use your AI Blueprint for your business.

The product uses third-party services for AI processing, business data, payments, and email, and, if you choose the Agenticly path, a handoff to the Agenticly platform. Your use of those paths may be subject to the relevant provider's terms.

The product is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the product will be uninterrupted, error free, or that results will be accurate for every situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agenticly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the product. Our total liability for any claim relating to the product will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Agenticly harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the product or your violation of these terms.

You may stop using the product at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or misuse the product.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top, and continued use of the product means you accept the updated terms.
