Why we built Prism
Most businesses we talked to had the same problem. They knew AI mattered, they were told to get started, and they had no idea where to start or what would break if they did. The advice was generic, and the tools were sold without much regard for whether the business was ready. Prism is our answer: score the business honestly, then hand over a plan that fits it.
Independence
Built by the Agenticly team, and honest about it
Prism is made by the same people behind Agenticly, an AI implementation platform. That is exactly why the report names two ways forward, do it with Agenticly or do it with a consultant. A diagnostic is only worth something if you can trust the read, and you cannot trust a read that only ever points back at the people who wrote it. So we point elsewhere too, on purpose.
What we believe
A few things we hold to
- The engine owns the numbers.
- An AI writes the report, but it never makes up a score. Every number is calculated, not guessed.
- Readiness comes before tools.
- The tool is the easy part. Whether your business can absorb it is the hard part, and the part we measure.
- Someone has to own it.
- AI that belongs to no one goes nowhere. The plan names an owner.
- Guardrails first.
- The boring policies are what keep a rollout out of trouble.
Your data
We collect zero patient data
Prism works from operational and attitudinal information, and from what is already public about your business. It does not collect patient or clinical data, in any industry. The enrichment step reads your public website and your Google profile, nothing private. When you finish, your results come to us so we can support you and follow up, and we say so plainly at the point you submit.
