Prism AI Advisor is a product of Agenticly. This policy explains what we collect when you use Prism AI Advisor, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, reach us through the contact page at prismaiadvisor.com/contact or at privacy@prismaiadvisor.com.

We collect the account details you give us, such as your name and email. We collect the business information you enter during an assessment, including your business name, website, location, the functions you select, your strategy inputs, and your answers. When you provide a business name and website, we gather public business information to help set up your assessment, such as details from your public website and public business listings. We collect payment information through our payment processor when you buy a paid tier or subscribe, and we do not store your full card number. We collect basic usage information so the product works and improves.

Prism AI Advisor does not collect patient data or clinical data. This holds even in the dental context. The dental assessment asks only about your practice's readiness and processes, never about patients.

We use your information to run the diagnostic, generate your AI Blueprint, show your results in the app, and let you export them. We use it to support you and to follow up about your results, which is why submitting an assessment shares your results with us so we can help and follow up. We use it to operate, secure, and improve the product.

To generate your report and power the in-app advisor chat, your results are processed by third-party large language model providers, which may include Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google. To set up your assessment we use public business data services, which may include Google Places and a public web reading service. We use a payment processor for billing and an email service to send results and notifications. These providers process your information only to provide their service to us.

We share your information with the service providers described above so the product can function. We share information when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the product, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your information as described below.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information by contacting us at privacy@prismaiadvisor.com or through the contact page. You can stop using the product at any time.

Prism AI Advisor is a business product and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top, and significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
